Take a free volunteer guided walk to learn about the plants and features at Brisbane Botanic Gardens Mt Coot-tha. Our volunteer guides all have a love for Brisbane’s Botanic Gardens and a desire to share their passion and knowledge with visitors.
Walking tours for individuals and small groups (up to ten people) are free and do not require a booking. Have a larger group? Find out more about booking walks for groups 10 or more in size.

Clock Tower Tour
Discover the hidden secrets of your heritage-listed City Hall building with a guided tour of Brisbane’s iconic Clock Tower. The Clock Tower Tour is a “must do” while in Brisbane! Bookings essential. Skill development and fun games with fundamental basketball drills and 3x3 action. This is a Chillout event suitable for young people 5-12 years. Children under 12 must have a supervising adult present.
School holidays: Music styles with Meryn and Frank
These school holiday, join Meryn and Frank for an acoustic concert as they perform a colourful collection of songs to introduce a range of music styles. Following the music, Meryn will share her books in a special storytime. Ideal for children 3-8 years.
