Bush Kindy is for children aged 3 - 5 years, alongside their parents and carers. Be immersed in the natural surroundings of the reserve as children build nature confidence through bushwalks, exploration, story-time, art 'n' craft and much more. Bush Kindy sessions can go up to 45 minutes and will go ahead in light rain. Themes vary each week.
Requirements: Arrive 10 minutes early to check in. Children must be directly supervised by an adult. Wear a hat, sun-safe clothing, fully enclosed shoes, sunscreen, and bring insect repellent. Suitable old clothes recommended for messy play. Bring water and a snack if required, as there are no food outlets on site.Note: Outdoor events are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.

Take a free volunteer guided walk to learn about the plants and features at the City Botanic Gardens. Our volunteer guides all have a love for Brisbane’s Botanic Gardens and a desire to share their passion and knowledge with visitors. The walks are taken at a gentle pace for about one hour. Walking tours for individuals or small groups (no more than ten people) are free and do not require a booking. Have a larger group? Find out more about booking walks for groups 10 or more in size. Lord Mayor's City Hall Concerts presents Broadway Melodies. Sunshine Productions are delighted to bring highlights from the Golden Years of Broadway Musicals to the stage at City Hall. We all remember with delight the big Broadway Musicals like Singin' in the Rain, The Wizard of Oz and The Sound of Music. Our talented cast of young performers will sing and dance their way through some of Music Theatre's most delightful show tunes such as Do-Re-Mi, We're off to see the Wizard and Singin' in the Rain, and it would not be complete without a ritzy tap number like Step in Time or Broadway Melody to round out this nostalgic experience. This Lord Mayor's City Hall Concert is produced by Rhonda Davidson-Irwin, Viva La Musica.

Community Immunisation Clinic - Zillmere
Brisbane City Council provides free vaccinations to eligible residents (aged from 6 weeks and above) through our community immunisation clinics. Immunisation helps protect people against diseases such as influenza, measles, whooping cough, polio and tetanus.
