Gentle fitness and Tai-chair
Bookings essential. Focus on aerobic fitness, strengthening with light weights, flexibility, coordination and balance followed by relaxation with gentle exercises. The session is performed either seated on a chair or standing while holding onto a chair for stability and support. No floor work. This is a GOLD event suitable for seniors.
