Our volunteer guides all have a love for Brisbane's Botanic Gardens and a desire to share their passion and knowledge with visitors.Walking tours for individuals or small groups (no more than ten people) are free and do not require a booking. Pull up a chair and enjoy a chat with others in your community, whether you're dropping in for a quick hello or staying a while.Location: Brisbane City Hall (basement level). Enter via the corner of Adelaide and Albert Streets-look for the pink signs and take the stairs down.Hosted by a friendly volunteer, the Chatty Table creates a space where conversation flows easily and everyone is welcome.

Bookings essential. Experience an excellent, low-impact cross-training workout in the water. Feel the benefits of exercise without the pain. Using minimum impact movements, participants will develop strength, mobility and movement in a fun environment.
Nature journaling for adults
Join this regular nature journaling get-together at Downfall Creek Bushland Centre on the last Friday afternoon of each month (except public holidays). These informal sessions are a great opportunity to take some time out, relax, and connect creatively with nature.Requirements: Bring your own basic sketch/art pad. All other materials supplied. Wear sun-safe clothing and secure, fully enclosed walking shoes. Bring water and a snack if required as there are no food outlets on site. Bring a lightweight outdoor chair if you'd like to use one. Arrive 5 minutes early to check-in.Note: This activity will go ahead in light rain and can be delivered indoors if required. Events are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.
