Clock Tower Tour
Discover the hidden secrets of your heritage-listed City Hall building with a guided tour of Brisbane’s iconic Clock Tower. The Clock Tower Tour is a “must do” while in Brisbane! For many years, City Hall’s Clock Tower elevated the building to Brisbane’s tallest, offering visitors a magnificent 360 degree view of the city around them. Whilst the view has changed significantly over the last 90 years, the time-honoured tradition of “taking a trip up the tower” happily continues at Museum of Brisbane. The Clock Tower Tour includes a ride in one of Brisbane’s oldest working cage lifts, a look behind Australia’s largest analogue clock faces and time to explore the observation platform that shares a unique perspective of your city. Experience the magic of storytime with your child during a First 5 Forever storytime session in the park at the Pop-up Library. This interactive session includes stories and songs for young children. Ideal for children from birth to five years and their parents or carers. First 5 Forever is an initiative of the Queensland Government, coordinated by State Library of Queensland and delivered in partnership with local government.

Our volunteer guides all have a love for Brisbane’s Botanic Gardens and a desire to share their passion and knowledge with visitors. Gathering: Benjin Maza - National Reconciliation Week
Gathering presents Benjin Maza. Benjin Maza is a proud Meriam, Yidindji, Birri-Gubba and Tanna man based in Magandjin. Benjin is a multi-disciplinary artist, telling stories nationally and internationally, painting pictures through text, song and dance. Performing for the likes of Karul Projects Dance Theatre, Shock Therapy Arts, The Grin and Tonic Theatre Troupe, Dead Puppet Society, Bangarra Dance Theatre and Queensland Theatre. Benjin has written and performed original music throughout South-East Queensland, bringing soothing melodies, quick wit and electric energy to tell his story.
