Our sessions are designed to spark creativity, curiosity, and laughter while encouraging children to explore through touch, sight, and smell. All activities use non-toxic, food-based materials, making them safe for even the littlest hands. If your child has allergies, please reach out in advance so we can prepare allergy-friendly trays tailored to their needs. This class will include stretching and activation exercises designed to lengthen and strengthen your body and posture in a relaxed group setting. Specifically targeted to suit active older adults and those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. This is a GOLD event suitable for seniors.
Free guided tour - City Botanic Gardens
Take a free volunteer guided walk to learn about the plants and features at the City Botanic Gardens. Our volunteer guides all have a love for Brisbane’s Botanic Gardens and a desire to share their passion and knowledge with visitors. The walks are taken at a gentle pace for about one hour. Walking tours for individuals or small groups (no more than ten people) are free and do not require a booking. Have a larger group? Find out more about booking walks for groups 10 or more in size. Location: Meet at the City Botanic Gardens Information Kiosk (next to the Queensland University of Technology’s Main Drive pathway). Note: Walks may be subject to environmental conditions and guide capacity on the day.

Bookings essential. Join us for a fun paddling adventure as you explore your local waterway. While paddling is a low-impact activity, a reasonable level of fitness is needed. Wear enclosed water shoes (not crocs or loose footwear) and clothes you don't mind getting wet. All equipment and instruction is provided. Bring a towel and spare clothes. This is a GOLD event suitable for Seniors.
