Come join us at Brisbane City Council Parks for an exciting 1.5 hours of sensory messy play! Our sessions are designed to spark creativity, curiosity, and laughter while encouraging children to explore through touch, sight, and smell. All activities use non-toxic, food-based materials, making them safe for even the littlest hands. If your child has allergies, please reach out in advance so we can prepare allergy-friendly trays tailored to their needs. Clock Tower Tour

The Clock Tower Tour includes a ride in one of Brisbane’s oldest working cage lifts, a look behind Australia’s largest analogue clock faces and time to explore the observation platform that shares a unique perspective of your city. Bookings essential. Pilates helps you strengthen and stretch simultaneously through core-based exercises. Join anytime. This is a GOLD event suitable for seniors.
Stretch and mobility
Bookings essential. Increase your flexibility, mobility, balance and range of movement. This class will include stretching and activation exercises designed to lengthen and strengthen your body and posture in a relaxed group setting. Specifically targeted to suit active older adults and those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. This is a GOLD event suitable for seniors.
Free guided tour - City Botanic Gardens
Take a free volunteer guided walk to learn about the plants and features at the City Botanic Gardens. Our volunteer guides all have a love for Brisbane’s Botanic Gardens and a desire to share their passion and knowledge with visitors. The walks are taken at a gentle pace for about one hour. Walking tours for individuals or small groups (no more than ten people) are free and do not require a booking. Have a larger group? Find out more about booking walks for groups 10 or more in size. Location: Meet at the City Botanic Gardens Information Kiosk (next to the Queensland University of Technology’s Main Drive pathway). Note: Walks may be subject to environmental conditions and guide capacity on the day.

Bookings essential. Join us for a fun paddling adventure as you explore your local waterway. While paddling is a low-impact activity, a reasonable level of fitness is needed. Wear enclosed water shoes (not crocs or loose footwear) and clothes you don't mind getting wet. All equipment and instruction is provided. Bring a towel and spare clothes. This is a GOLD event suitable for Seniors.
