About This Event
Join this regular nature journaling get-together at Downfall Creek Bushland Centre on the last Friday afternoon of each month (except public holidays). These informal sessions are a great opportunity to take some time out, relax, and connect creatively with nature.
Requirements: Please bring your own basic sketch/art pad. All other materials supplied. Wear sun-safe clothing and secure, fully enclosed walking shoes. Bring water and a snack if required as there are no food outlets on site. Bring a lightweight outdoor chair if you'd like to use one. Please arrive 5 minutes early to check-in.Note: This activity will go ahead in light rain and can be delivered indoors if required. Events are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.

Clock Tower Tour

This allows you to workout at a higher intensity, with less impact on the body and with the added benefit of resistance that the water provides. Suitable for all fitness levels. Session concludes with a virtual tour of the Brisbane night sky. Encounters in the Milky Way was developed by the American Museum of Natural History (amnh.org) with the major support and partnership of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
