About This Event
Brisbane City Council provides free vaccinations to eligible residents (aged from 6 weeks and above) through our community immunisation clinics. Immunisation helps protect people against diseases such as influenza, measles, whooping cough, polio and tetanus. Take a look at Immunisation Schedule Queensland for advice about when you should be vaccinated. Providing a free immunisation service is another way Council is helping deliver Brisbane Vision 2031.

Clock Tower Tour
Discover the hidden secrets of your heritage-listed City Hall building with a guided tour of Brisbane’s iconic Clock Tower. The Clock Tower Tour is a “must do” while in Brisbane! For many years, City Hall’s Clock Tower elevated the building to Brisbane’s tallest, offering visitors a magnificent 360 degree view of the city around them. Whilst the view has changed significantly over the last 90 years, the time-honoured tradition of “taking a trip up the tower” happily continues at Museum of Brisbane. The Clock Tower Tour includes a ride in one of Brisbane’s oldest working cage lifts, a look behind Australia’s largest analogue clock faces and time to explore the observation platform that shares a unique perspective of your city. Gumtreekids messy play at New Farm Park - Disney theme
Our regular messy play sessions are all about hands-on fun and sensory exploration using taste-safe, food-based materials. We create a welcoming space for all ages, with a dedicated baby zone for 6–18 months, a toddler zone for busy little movers, and during school holidays we also welcome over 5s to join in the fun. These sessions encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence through play - all in a relaxed, family-friendly environment. Sibling rates and under 20 months are discounted. Play passes are available - 10 play sessions for purchase at a low rate.

Take a free volunteer guided walk to learn about the plants and features at Brisbane Botanic Gardens Mt Coot-tha. Our volunteer guides all have a love for Brisbane’s Botanic Gardens and a desire to share their passion and knowledge with visitors. Walking tours for individuals and small groups (up to ten people) are free and do not require a booking. Have a larger group? Find out more about booking walks for groups 10 or more in size. Meeting point: Meet at the Mt Coot-tha Visitor Information Centre. Note: Walks may be subject to environmental conditions and guide capacity on the day.

Aqua aerobics
Experience an excellent, low-impact cross-training workout in the water. Feel the benefits of exercise without the pain. Using minimum impact movements, participants will develop strength, mobility and movement in a fun environment. This class will be held in the indoor heated pool.

Visible Ink will be Taking over the Queen Street Mall Main Stage featuring Millie Atlas! Stop by on your lunch break to enjoy the beautiful perfomance of one of Brisbane's Young and Emerging Performers. Fun, honest, and unapologetically herself, Millie Atlas is an artist who doesn’t shy away from her feelings. A go-getter at heart, Millie blends the emotive pop sensibilities of artists like Quinnie and Maisie Peters with the mesmerising folk influences of Maggie Rogers. Raised on a diet of Missy Higgins and Taylor Swift, her songwriting captures authentic, relatable moments with lyrics that linger long after the music fades. Known for her energetic stage presence and heartfelt performances, she creates an immersive live experience that draws fans into her world. This is a low impact form of exercise that supports the body while still providing function and movement. Many yoga poses that you do in a class can be adapted for the pool, sometimes using the pool walls as if it were the studio floor.
