NAIDOC Week - Aboriginal art and cultural workshop
Join this fun and informative art and cultural workshop with presenter Rick Roser. This highly engaging and insightful experience builds awareness of Aboriginal cultures and shares knowledge through stories, art, music, and practical hands-on activities. Requirements: Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in at the environment centre. All children must be directly supervised by an adult. Wear a hat, sun-safe clothing, fully enclosed shoes, sunscreen, and bring insect repellent. Suitable old clothes recommended for messy play. Bring water and a snack if required, as there are no food outlets on site.Note: Outdoor events are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.

Meeting location - Trail Care containers, Gap Creek Picnic Area, Gap Creek Road, Mt Coot-tha meet like-minded people who share a similar passion for the outdoors all training and guidance provided, no experience required learn about sustainable trail design see your efforts visibly improve the condition of the trails experience a different kind of fun on the trails all equipment provided.What to bring - for your comfort and safety, wear sun safe clothing, sturdy covered shoes, a hat and sunscreen and your reusable water bottle.
