About This Event
Get up close and discover the feathered, furry and scaly friends that live in our neighbourhoods. Brisbane is Australia’s most biodiverse capital city. Native wildlife live all around us — from our backyards to local parks and nature reserves. But have you ever met these unique animals face to face?
Join our wildlife expert for an engaging and immersive session in nature, where you'll meet your wild neighbours and some of Brisbane's most iconic animals. Discover what makes them special, how they live, and the vital role they play in our ecosystems. Your actions matter. By learning more about our native species, you’ll be empowered to make simple changes — like planting native vegetation or keeping pets indoors at night. These actions help protect our incredible biodiversity and ensure our wildlife neighbours continue to thrive.
