Stirring, electrifying soundscapes usher you through the cosmos. K Mak fuses live cello, violin, synths, beats and vocals with sumptuous tailored visuals at the Brisbane Planetarium. Repeatedly selling out Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, the show returns to Brisbane after a record-breaking season at the Edinburgh Fringe. Clock Tower Tour

For many years, City Hall’s Clock Tower elevated the building to Brisbane’s tallest, offering visitors a magnificent 360 degree view of the city around them. Whilst the view has changed significantly over the last 90 years, the time-honoured tradition of “taking a trip up the tower” happily continues at Museum of Brisbane. The Clock Tower Tour includes a ride in one of Brisbane’s oldest working cage lifts, a look behind Australia’s largest analogue clock faces and time to explore the observation platform that shares a unique perspective of your city. A highly effective form of cardiovascular training, which involves brief bursts of high-intensity work followed by a recovery period. This allows you to workout at a higher intensity, with less impact on the body and with the added benefit of resistance that the water provides. Suitable for all fitness levels. Children’s storytime in the park - Dorrington Park, Ashgrove
Experience the magic of storytime with your child during a First 5 Forever storytime session in the park at the Pop-up Library. This interactive session includes stories and songs for young children. Ideal for children from birth to five years and their parents or carers. First 5 Forever is an initiative of the Queensland Government, coordinated by State Library of Queensland and delivered in partnership with local government.
Billy Buddies ball sports
Bookings essential. This program is designed for kids aged 2-7 and serves as the home of Non-Contact Rugby League for children. At Billy Buddies, they celebrate all sports not just Rugby League! Their programs focus on fun, helping kids build social skills while learning the fundamentals of Rugby League and ball sports in general.
MoveFit
Bookings essential. Maintain or increase your fitness with exercises; improve strength, mobility, flexibility and balance in a fun, welcoming group setting. Specifically targeted to suit active older adults and those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. This is a GOLD event suitable for seniors.
