Gathering presents Layla Havana. Layla Havana is a young artist with an old spirit. At just 17 years of age, she has already lived a musical journey most artists dream of. With a voice that feels timeless and lyrics straight from the soul, Layla has a gift for moving audiences with raw honesty. Layla's story is one of courage, talent and deep connection. Her music carries both power and vulnerability. Join us as Layla Havana graces the stage, for her first solo Gathering set on Wednesday 19 August from 12 noon to 1pm. This Gathering event is produced by Cre8tive Nations.

Our volunteer guides all have a love for Brisbane's Botanic Gardens and a desire to share their passion and knowledge with visitors.Walking tours for individuals and small groups (up to ten people) are free and do not require a booking. Have a larger group? Find out more about booking walks for groups 10 or more in size.Walk timesDaily departures at 11am and 1pm, Monday to Saturday.Walks last about one hour and are taken at a gentle pace.Meeting point: Meet at the Mt Coot-tha Visitor Information Centre.Note: Walks may be subject to environmental conditions and guide capacity on the day.
