Bookings essential. Learn the basics of stand-up paddle boarding. This lesson includes safety and awareness, paddle techniques and activity tips. A sunsafe top will be provided for the activity. Bring a towel.
This is a GOLD event suitable for seniors.

Mobility for life
*** This event has been cancelled *** This class takes you through a variety of stretching and mobility exercises. Starting with a gentle warm-up you will be guided through both upper and lower body stretches and exercise to help mobilise joints and muscles. We finish with a full body relaxation, leaving you feeling rejuvenated for the rest of the day.
Yoga
Focus on a range of movements to relax the mind and body. Stretching, breathing, strength and balance exercises are included by incorporating standing poses and mat work into the session.
