About This Event
Bookings essential. Calling all Ninja Warriors! This activity program will have you moving like a Ninja in no time. Using mostly body strength, we have some fun training activities and games to test your Ninja skills and challenge your strength. Improving your agility, grip strength and upper body power to move like a Ninja. This fun program will have you jumping, hanging and lifting your own body weight to get through the session. Suitable for all fitness levels.
This is a Chillout event suitable for young people 6-17 years.
