Gathering presents Edgar Conlon Edgar Conlon is a descendant of the Yiman, Kullali and Wakka Wakka people. He is a proud husband of 11 years and father of 6 beautiful children. Coming from a musically inclined family, he is a self-taught singer and guitarist who has found a deep love for music as an outlet. Through his work as a Cultural Coordinator, Edgar's passion is to help Jarjums build healthy relationships, reconnect with their mob, find themselves and who they want to be. Edgar's best describes his music style as unstructured country/blues/folk. Join us Wednesday 10 September from 12 noon to 1pm for Edgar Conlon's debut Gathering performance at the main stage of Queen Street Mall. This Gathering event is produced by Cre8tiveNations. Gathering showcases Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander performances in the Queen Street Mall. Unique to Brisbane, it is the only Indigenous performance in Australia that is featured weekly in the heart of a major capital city.
