Perfect Little Planet
Children will love this tour of the Solar System through the eyes of a family of aliens on vacation from another star system. Session concludes with a virtual tour of the Brisbane night sky. This show contains some sudden sound effects, fast moving scenes and flashing light sequences.

Whilst the view has changed significantly over the last 90 years, the time-honoured tradition of “taking a trip up the tower” happily continues at Museum of Brisbane. The Clock Tower Tour includes a ride in one of Brisbane’s oldest working cage lifts, a look behind Australia’s largest analogue clock faces and time to explore the observation platform that shares a unique perspective of your city. Bands in Parks: Mothers Day by the Bay
Bands in Parks performs at Little Bayside Park. Enjoy live music while you browse the market stalls. Performances by local school bands and community bands feature in the morning Mother’s Day markets. Furry friends are welcome so come down to the bayside and enjoy breakfast by the seashore. Local band Bayside Brass will be performing at 10am.
Tycho Goes to Mars
Our favourite cheeky dog is blasting off to discover the red planet, Mars. Tycho is in search of water to fly his steam-powered space kennel back home. But how will he find water on Mars? Produced by Melbourne Planetarium at Scienceworks, Museums Victoria. Session concludes with a virtual tour of the Brisbane night sky.

Discover the chance encounters that have shaped our place in the universe. Narrated by Pedro Pascal, Encounters in the Milky Way is a time-traveling journey about the cosmic movements that shape our galactic neighborhood. Encounters in the Milky Way was developed by the American Museum of Natural History (amnh.org) with the major support and partnership of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

This is your time to move, strengthen and recharge in the water while bub is with you, securely placed in a flotation seat. This dazzling space show launches visitors through space and time to experience the life and death of the stars in our night sky, including our own nurturing Sun. Narrated by Whoopi Goldberg. Journey to the Stars was developed by the American Museum of Natural History, New York in collaboration with the California Academy of Sciences, San Francisco; GOTO INC, Tokyo, Japan; Papalote; Museo del Niño, Mexico City, Mexico; and Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, Washington, D.C. Journey to the Stars was created by the American Museum of Natural History, with the major support and partnership of NASA, Science Mission Directorate, Heliophysics Division.
Bands in Parks: Mother's Day High Tea and Symphony
Bands in Parks performs at Brisbane City Hall. The Brisbane Regional Youth Orchestra (BRYO) is a youth pops orchestra which performs a wide variety of genres from light classics to movie themes and everything in between! Spoil your mum this Mother's Day and enjoy a high tea and glorious symphonic music at City Hall. The concert is free but if you would like to sit and sip with a glass of wine and cheese plate, or enjoy afternoon tea and cake, then it’s just $12 per person.

Experience Pink Floyd's iconic album with this immersive and all-encompassing surround sound and visual treat. This show features strobe effects, mature themes and explicit language. Not recommended for children.
