Ideal for toddlers aged 1-2 years. No bookings are required, but places are limited. Aqua interval training
A highly effective form of cardiovascular training, which involves brief bursts of high-intensity work followed by a recovery period. This allows you to workout at a higher intensity, with less impact on the body and with the added benefit of resistance that the water provides. Suitable for all fitness levels. Everyone works at their own pace.

Textile artist Theresa Hurley from Indigo Niche will introduce you to the Japanese embroidery style known as sashiko, which uses simple decorative running stitches to create beautiful patterns. All materials supplied. No previous experience required.
