Tabata and core
Bookings essential. Great combination of interval training to improve cardiovascular fitness and specific core strength and stability exercises. Suitable for men and women. Catering for all fitness levels.
Yoga
Focus on a range of movements to relax the mind and body. Stretching, breathing, strength and balance exercises are included by incorporating standing poses and mat work into the session.
Kundalini yoga
This session aims to incorporate ancient yogic practices; yoga posture, breath, mantra, mudra and meditation into one class. When five components are combined, it produces the complete and immensely powerful practice of Kundalini Yoga to uplift your energy, clarify your mind, cultivate your joy and happiness and improve your health and well-being.
Stand-up paddle boarding
Bookings essential. Learn the basics of stand up paddle boarding. This lesson includes safety instruction, paddle techniques and activity tips. All equipment is provided and no experience is necessary.

Volunteer Bushcare Working Bee - Mookin-Bah Bushcare Group
Join other like-minded volunteers to help protect and restore Brisbane’s unique biodiversity through our Habitat Brisbane program. Whatever your skill level and motivation, joining your local Habitat Brisbane group is a great way to connect to nature and be active and healthy, all while meeting new people, developing new skills and making a difference to your local environment. With 160 groups across the city there’s bound to be one near you! Habitat Brisbane volunteers undertake a variety of activities including: managing environmental weeds revegetating with local native plants creating habitat for native wildlife citizen science projects.The Mookin-Bah Bushcare Group meets the second and last Saturday of each month 7-9am in the warmer months, 7.30-9.30am in the cooler months.
