Whatever your skill level and motivation, joining your local Habitat Brisbane group is a great way to connect to nature and be active and healthy, all while meeting new people, developing new skills and making a difference to your local environment. With 160 groups across the city there’s bound to be one near you!
Habitat Brisbane volunteers undertake a variety of activities including: managing environmental weeds revegetating with local native plants creating habitat for native wildlife citizen science projects.The Pennywort Creek Bushcare Group meet the third Saturday of each month at 6.30am.

The group meets at the Barungwarra boat ramp.

This session aims to incorporate ancient yogic practices; yoga posture, breath, mantra, mudra and meditation into one class. When five components are combined, it produces the complete and immensely powerful practice of Kundalini Yoga to uplift your energy, clarify your mind, cultivate your joy and happiness and improve your health and well-being.

Bookings essential. Great combination of interval training to improve cardiovascular fitness and specific core strength and stability exercises. Suitable for men and women. Catering for all fitness levels.
