Gathering: Place Names (Yuggera Language Workshop)

Gathering presents Gaja Kerry Charlton.  Gaja Kerry Charlton is a Yagarabul Elder and Traditional Owner in three Native title claims - Yuggera Ugarapul Peoples (YUP), Quandamooka, and Kabi Kabi and has Gulf ties. Gaja Kerry is a descendant, great great great granddaughter of Ker-Walli of Brisbane who provided many of the Yugera names around Brisbane.  Join us from 12noon-1pm at the Queen Street Mall main stage for a live Yuggera language workshop with Gaja Kerry.
