About This Event
Keen to learn bootscooting in an upbeat and entertaining environment? Come along to Footloose Fun line dancing classes, held every Monday night at Northgate Hall. Sessions: 6.30-7.40pm - beginner level 7.45-8.50pm - improver/intermediate level. $15pp for the night, regardless of if you are there for one lesson or both. Kids can come along for free, provided they are accompanied by a paying adult. Wear closed-in shoes which won't stick to the floor, and clothes you are comfy moving around in (denim, activewear, whatever suits). No need to book in, just turn up! Children will love this tour of the Solar System through the eyes of a family of aliens on vacation from another star system. Session concludes with a virtual tour of the Brisbane night sky. This show contains some sudden sound effects, fast moving scenes and flashing light sequences.

Y Wynnum holiday music program
Discover your sound, build confidence, and connect through music! Join us for the Y Wynnum Holiday Music Program, a three-week music series led by Imagine Music for young people aged 13–18. These hands-on workshops explore songwriting, music production, vocal and instrumental skills, and performance, all within a supportive, creative, and inclusive environment. Each week encourages participants to express themselves, collaborate with others, and develop practical music and performance skills—while building confidence and meaningful connections.
