Experience the magic of storytime with your child during a First 5 Forever storytime session in the park at the Pop-up Library. This interactive session includes stories and songs for young children. Focus on a range of movements to relax the mind and body. Stretching, breathing, strength and balance exercises are included by incorporating standing poses and mat work into the session.This is a GOLD event suitable for seniors.
50 Plus: Sequence ballroom dancing
City Sequence Dancers have 4 weekly programs to practice a variety of dances that are performed in South East Queensland venues. Sequence dancing includes many different rhythms/styles. Examples are waltz, quick step, foxtrot, rumba, cha cha, tango and jive. New dancers are welcome.
