About This Event
This small-group program offers a gentle and accessible way to connect with Brisbane’s natural areas. Led by a qualified Forest Therapy guide, the session includes a series of simple sensory and mindfulness-based activities, quiet walking, and opportunities for personal reflection. You’ll be invited to engage with the natural environment at your own pace - there is no bushwalking experience or fitness level required. Forest Therapy has been shown to support wellbeing, reduce stress and strengthen our connection to nature and community. The session concludes with a shared tea ceremony and time for conversation.
